What should I give my grandfather for Christmas?

My grandfather is in his mid-80’s and, unfortunatley, is exhibiting signs of Alzheimer’s Disease. Until recently, he was an intelligent, genteel man who spent his retirement reading, doing crossword puzzels and volenteering at his church. While he’s still able to do a lot, I am really uncertain as to what to get him that won’t frustrate him in the very near future. I’ve often given him gift certificates in the past to his favorite resturant, but my grandmother says that’s too stressful anymore; he can’t make up his mind what to have. Any help would be appreciated.
