I would like to donate some gifts to the local Meals on Wheels for the shut-ins?

for Christmas. I don’t want to give the “usual” generic gifts (lotions, soaps etc). So far I have the following: journals, playing cards, speciality coffee and teas. It seems like so many of the elderly are forgotten at Christmas, I really want to do something special for them. Does anyone have some suggestions for other gifts that I could donate?
